While I think Suga did come up with the idea for Go Go, the song was mainly written by Supreme Boi (with PD Bang and Pdogg) - in fact it's the only song on the Love Yourself albums NOT written by a BTS member

Not to put a damper on the reaction but a little backstory about V’s mood: Right before this filming he lost a friend to su*cide. So i’m sure he was trying to be in high spirits despite what he just experienced prior to the video. V tends to be free and unbothered, so i’m sure he didn’t mind wearing the dress for the video. I just think the circumstances behind the scenes in his personal life made it seem like he was unhappy or bothered with having to wear the dress.
