So a few clarifications, when Yuno says ´´there´s no way´´ when leaving the tower after getting his grimoire he´s saying it to the guy who said ´´Asta didn´t even get a grimoire´´, that´s why in the end he repeats it saying ´´I knew there´s no way Asta wouldn´t be chosen´´. He's always believed in him, he just wanted Asta to be able to keep up. Also Asta did not manifest the grimoire per se, he was chosen there and then, and the book itself came out of the outside of the grimoire tower (it just wasn´t animated like that on the official anime which makes it slightly confusing😅)
