The thing I love about "White Woman's Instagram" is that it tricks you into believing it is just cynical satire but then there is the touching intermission of remembering mom. The framing expands to show that we are being given a closer look at the REAL person behind the white woman's instagram. She is more than the "basic bitch" on insta just like anybody on social media is just a constructed façade of a real person. The song basically acknowledges that there is nothing harmful about people having fun and following trends. So the reaction of perceiving the song as "hate" or "calling out white women" is a false interpretation of the real statement. It exposes the viewer for being brainwashed by the hate-circlejerk of social media.

I'd grant that some people interpret his satirizing of "white women's Instagram" as very biting and some could probably take it as even condescending, but if that was all it was there would have been no reason for him to put the humanizing part in there and using the shifting aspect ratio to highlight it.
