"this is culty, are they going to do like a sacrifice or something?" - what movie do you think you're watching? You know, it's funny how people don't get that the antagonists being Nazis is entirely INCIDENTAL to the story, it adds a specific flavor to be sure (punk band vs organized NS skinhead group is a fun take on the 'wrong turn' type scenario, beats city kids vs hillbillies in my opinion), but it is not at all crucial to the story, you could swap them out for literally any other political group or a group with no political affiliation or beliefs of any other kind. That's why the only time the ideology is discussed at all in the movie it happens in the background, somewhat muffled and it is very brief before the attention of the audience is shifted elsewhere, the movie itself tells you none of that matters. Even the instigating point for the conflict has nothing to do as such with any kind of beliefs. So when you watch this you shouldn't try to project anything onto the antagonists other than that they are people who are willing to commit to violence and have a degree of competence on that front, anything outside of that is just your own fantasy, hence there is nothing "CULTY" at all. "there's chemicals maybe they can start a fire" Insane. Yes, why not start a fire with flammable chemicals or do an explosion to escape. Well, other than that you would be setting up on fire the very room you've been using for your own protection, meaning you would be SMOKING YOURSELF OUT INTO THE OPEN where you would be killed, if you don't kill yourself first with an explosion that is. Listening to some people troubleshoot how they would handle a survival situation you realize how they are lucky that they will likely never have to face such a situation, because they would kill themselves long before any given threat - natural, man made or man himself - can kill them. "oh is that going to explode or something" - this is an A24 movie, they don't do garbage tropes like a bullet causing an explosion. Watch some Mythbusters about hollywood tropes being fake. "oh he's still alive!" - no he isn't, what? What in the world gave you that impression? The dog just simply was looking for its master and got next to his corpse. "I hate that dog" - what a terrible thing to say.

Calm the fuck down dude, you seem like you're trying to sound smart but come off as condescending, for one they are 100% culty to a point, the same point all race based gangs are. They operate on a partially loyalty based system where the most loyal or radicalized members of the gang are rewarded not based on anything but violence and loyalty. Gangs like this generally have a charismatic or feared leader like Patrick Stewart here, there whole operation would probably fall apart without him. So sure the chaos didn't start cause of there ideology but the "movement" is culty the same way other white supremacist movements are. Your other comments are so unnecessary its kinda funny, is this all you have to do with your time is be a dick on small youtube reaction channels? The fire would actually be a good idea, start it in the main space lure people in then go out the back while they're distracted.
