Sunghoon is very hardworking. I can't imagine his super busy life from childhood, especially after becoming a trainee. As a student, she has to go to school, figure skating practice in the morning and practice as an idol trainee at night. And all the activities he did, his mother was always by his side, so he burst into tears when he read his mother's letter in I-land. Sunghoon also mentioned in the interview that he now lives separately, he wants his parents to enjoy a relaxed life.

Right?! We know for certain that he is super disciplined too because of training as an ice skater at such a young age, you know? This guy is the epitome of hard working indeed. I'm convinced there's not a lazy bone in his body. =) So sweet that he lives separately so his parents can enjoy a relaxing life. Such a sweet fun fact about him. He's so sweet and thoughtful!

Sunghoon is my bias for many reasons. First, it was because I was a huge skating fan, but it's evolved so much past that now. Sunghoon is so determined and passionate about what he does. He's a person who never stops trying to achieve his goals and is willing to take on challenges even outside of his comfort zone (like being an MC). The title of the video is very apt for his time on I-land. He's one of the most hardworking people I've ever seen because he doesn't rest on his laurels and is always trying to improve, but he doesn't brag or parade his accomplishments around. I mean this man literally learned an entire song and dance in 5 days when everyone else got 11 days to prepare and didn't fall short. And while he is competitive, he doesn't put others down. Sunghoon has grown so much more and is one of the funniest and loudest introverts in K-pop. He's serious when he needs to be and comedic when he needs to be. He really cares about his members and is dedicated wholeheartedly to his job (even to the detriment of his health) because this is what he loves to do.

This is so sweet. 😊 I will have to admit; I love watching sports, and ice skating is one of the sports I love to watch too! When I found out he competed, that intrigued me initially as well. I felt that was a gateway for me too, and then you see how hardworking he is and puts his heart and soul into everything he does. You're absolutely right! He loves to challenge himself, and that is such an inspiration.

He is my bias mostly bc of his personality. When i first got into Enhypen it wasn't music or music video, i watched an inteview with them. Sunghoon seemed really shy and quiet, but he still cought my eye. He is an introvert but when he's around members he is probably the LOUDEST introvert ever haha. He is so caring and always looks after other members quitely. He is really talanted and hardworking i wish more people would notice that and not just his face(he's visual of the group and often gets hate bc people say he got in the group only because of his face) He is really selfless and would do any thing for his members + his way of showing love is the same as mine. He teases a lot and jokes around but it's his way of showing affection 🥺 I just see myself in him and seeing him happy makes me happy After loving him for months i also discovered that we were born on the same day 08.12.2002❤️

sunghoon is so incredible. this video is great for showing his journey in i-land. he was a lot quieter and very focused on working hard and accomplishing his goal. he was also one of the trainees that didn't involve himself much in drama/arguments so in the first few eps he didn't have much screen time. his personality is definitely a lot deeper and even more interesting than this but this video for sure shows his ambition and how inspiring he is!! so glad that you checked this out

That's kinda nice to hear that he didn't involve himself in a lot of the drama. That shows a lot of maturity in his part, and it's sad that he didn't get much screen time because of it! You can def tell he's super hard working and when he wants something, he will go for it 1000%! Glad that I watched this and thanks for watching with me!

im so proud of him. it mustve been so hard to tell his parents and coach that hes quitting something he’s done for 10 YEARS to chase something that has no guarantee. i love how hardworking he is, and i like that he’s constantly trying to better himself. i find that so admirable. also.. he has said in interviews that he’s so happy to debut because before he used to perform and be nervous alone but now he doesn’t have to face everything alone anymore and that makes me SO emotional. he truly always appreciates his members because of that. he’s not my bias but i love him SOOOO much 🥺😭😭

Sunghoon also said that he didn't have many friends growing up because he lacked social skills and wasn't in school often. Seeing how happy he is with the members reminds me how far he's come. I'm glad he will never have to perform alone.

Oh man! I'm glad he doesn't have to perform alone anymore. He's tried both, and clearly the latter makes him a lot more comfortable and happy. I can't imagine that convo he had with his parents either because ice skating is a HUGE investment (like any sport). I'm glad his parents allowed him to pivot to something he wanted to really do, and here we are! He is so hardworking, and I'm so proud of him!
