I think they were going for unfair in this. It's not my favorite movie because I don't think this is how most people would respond to this situation (and trust me when I say there HAVE been situations similar IRL) but her death wasn't really an issue for me because i think the message is most of life is based off pure luck and coincidence. Like how in the beginning Mike got a luck charm. So in the end its not about who's evil or who's good or who's capable and who's not.

That elevator death floored me the first time I watched this. Here I was expecting a final girl and next minute my jaw is on the floor. I have a couple of recommendations for you, girl. After re-watching your 'Interview With a Vampire ' reaction I would love to see you react to both Fright Night 2011 and The Lost Boys. Yes, both, 'cause I am a greedy ho. Both are such fun vampire movies. Fright Night not only has Colin Farrell but also a wonderful David Tennant. It's just as much fun as the original. The Lost Boys is a pure 80's good time. Hot vampires and an awesome soundtrack; I have been obsessed since watching it.

Some fun facts: the final guy is played by the same actor who played the intruder in “Hush” :) also it’s rumored that the screenwriter James Gunn wrote this film when he was getting divorced from Jenna Fisher (Pam from The Office) so it could be inspired by how he felt at the time. Zzavid has a very unique character✨. In real life i'm a very quiet, book reading introvert. BUT the moment Zzavid comes on the screen i suddenly want to be a sassy bitch. The prison-movie you were talking about in the intro is called "The experiment". I saw the German version once (there is an American remake) and it's a really impressive psycho-thriller! I highly recommend it if you wanna see how easily people tend to abuse the power they are given over others.

The last couple of weeks have been testing my mental and emotional health, but I saw today that only did I miss six videos, four were movies that had me screaming & arguing at my TV. After this mini Zzavid-binge, I feel good. Thank you for bringing humor to my day. The experiment you're thinking of is the Stanford experiment. I think it happened in the '70's, and apparently the participants went a malicious route during the experiment. There's a movie about it (probably about 10 years ago) starring one of the guys from Almost Famous and Watchmen.

Love this movie! But when I saw this in theater there was some random guy who like every 20 minutes would walk into the theater, go straight to the emergency exit, check it, then leave the theater. And no, this wasn't a normal employee checking anything, I'd been to that theater many times before and that never happened.
