One thing about all these movies is don’t look at them for continuity. These really are separate movies that have a thin line connecting them. 26:28 the plane was at one point supposed to be a separate transformer but ended up just being a Northrop B35. Cogman is supposed to transform into a 2017 Aston Martin DB11 according to the toy line.

Honestly, I can make sense of the continuity from the first four (even though it's a little iffy lol I think it still mostly holds together if you really want it to) but this one is just a continuity disaster. There's no reconciling this one with any of the rest of them. I actually really really like Age of Extinction so I was psyched for this one and IMO it's the worst one. Even worse than Revenge of the Fallen..

@@davidsavage5630 The first Trilogy fits pretty well together, especially with the tie-in novels/comics added in. Age of Extinction started muddling things by bringing in the Quintesson/Creator origin despite the AllSpark being well established, but yeah doubling down on that with Quintessa, essentially retconning the Dynasty of Primes into the Guardian Knights, Earth being Unicron and literally EVERYTHING involving the Witwiccans and Anthony Hopkins' artifacts/paintings broke Bayformers.

For your information, the bumblebee movie and rise of the beasts are not sequels to the last 5. they decided to reboot the franchise, so thats why you will see some similar elements in those 2 movies.. they are their own new universe so dont get confused when things dont make sense.

For people that didn’t know that women in the final scene is quintesa talking to some guy about how to kill unicorn which is what the transformers called earth before they called it that. The six horns that were shown are unicorns and when they were created I guess it was the Dino time and Pangea was a thing and those horns made a circle around Pangea and in the middle was Stonehenge. So I’m assuming when the next movie comes out it will explain that because I guess rise of the beasts takes place in the 90’s which makes no sense.

I didn't like how the dinosaurs were treated like pets, they would've been useful in the final battle. 43:27 Yup, Optimus was barely in this and Nemesis even less, 45:02 After DOTM and AOE Prime still thinks the humans are nice? None of the hate towards Transformers make sense. The only interesting scenes were the junkyard fight and some parts of the final battle. The CGI sometimes took a dip and Optimus and Megatron looks ugly.

Don, on behalf of the Transfomers community, we would like to sincerely apologise for this film. Bumblebee has a different director as is overall much better, definitely a top 3 Transformers movie. There is also the 1986 transformers movie, which is basically an anime movie and focuses entirely on the robots murdering each other, and imo it’s as violent as the live action movies at times. Even if you don’t know all the characters it’s worth checking out as it has a lot of familiar faces like Optimus, Megatron and Bumblebee and it’s cool to see the origins of the character. Also if you watch transformers prime (one of the best shows ever) I will instantly patreon sub, no cap.
