Katie is the first to acknowledge the electric moment of acting shared by Layne and Rachel - and I've always thought it was simply a brilliant moment. Katie also reacts to Layne breaking the forth wall when he tossed his hat - something else no one has reacted to. That said, you're a TEAM, and we love you both. Katie's smile is infectious though, and watching you two is the best possible way to start my morning. So thank you for that. There is so much about this performance in particular that is pure theater, and you two are the ones to recognize that.

Wicked is terrific too. It took Geoff a couple of years to be happy with the arranging and it runs a little over 7 minutes. Both Rachel Potter and Emoni Wilkens are featured here. Another thing, Geoff dropped a cover of Elvis Presley's "Way Down". Fabulous. Done on the same set as Friends on the Other Side where J None came back to play the lead and flex his vocal talent.

The BTS video was hysterical. Eli mister short, Layne put him on real stilts. I love the music box theme. They had fun building it. Layne did let them all take their shot at beatboxing.

I had never seen the movie. And I have to admit it’s not my favorite movie. But watching it added so much enjoyment to my watching of this video. I have gone back to the movie several times to listen to the original songs. When VoicePlay does something that I haven’t heard before I always find myself going back to the original to check it out. I can’t tell you how many Disney movies i have watched that I missed earlier when (my son was young) just because I wanted to know where the songs came from. You might want to check out their medley of Wicked. (You have too many videos for me to scroll through, so sorry if I missed it.) If Katie is going to watch the cover of Enemy (add my vote), you may also want to check out the cover of Warriors which is another Imagine Dragons song tied to League of Legends as it was written for a tournament. They really like game themes. They’ve done HALO, My Mother Told Me from Assassin‘s Creed and they did a mini of Minecraft. You might want to check those out also if you’re into video games.

Layne took the lead on this one, from arranging through set, costuming, directing and editing. He had some great help. Others helped with building the large replica music box, and Eli does the lighting. But he also had help from Tony Wakim (Layne’s partner at Pattycake Productions.) in addition to working on the set, Tony sewed costumes for this video, as he does with Pattycake’s productions. Where else could you find extra long pants and dress, or a craze sequined vest for Cesar? If you can show him what you need, he can reproduce it without patterns, but with the perfect fit. (You should react to something from Pattycake Productions, if only to see the costuming. But I think you’d also be impressed with their sets and original music. You might try Born Bad.)

Aw, don't think we don't love you too, Uncle Gij!! Favorite Uncle on the 'webs- don't worry about that! But Katie is loved as well, and seeing someone watch something deeply related to their interests is its own special treat to the viewer. That said, any time you post a VoicePlay video, I'll be showing up, regardless of who's with you, or if you're flying solo. (btw, if you want to hear Geoff *really* descent below the earth, check out his newest video. His cover of Elvis' "Way Down" just dropped on Friday, and it's amazing. Not only that, but Geoff nails the final C1 that J.D. Sumner sang in the original. Well worth a listen!)

@@jennifercramp3542 yes, I agree. I think that that pause with the black screen it’s just a tiny bit too long. I wish they kind of cut over to the guys a little sooner. I only caught that there was more because I looked at the little line at the bottom that showed me that the video wasn’t done. Kind of a hard choice, because if it had gone too quickly that last note might’ve not gotten the impact it deserved.

Great reaction guys! Musical theater is one of my favorite things in the world. I haven't seen the Greatest Showman, but I loved this production. They built the set to match an existing music box, all of the costuming was wonderful, they are just the real deal. I couldn't find their Wicked medley on your playlist, it is outstanding. Rachel is also one of the featured artists in it. Also, Geoff just dropped a solo piece on Friday, Elvis' Way Down. You will love it, I promise!

Have you two reacted to VPs Phantom of the Opera? It has Rachel Potter and the VP early baritone is Tony Wakim before he left to own half-interest of Pattycake Production Studio with Layne. Also do a couple of the Sing-Off songs they did for that 2014 season 4 show. My favorite is Road Trip and they also did "Play that Funky Music White Boy" with Honey (Shows up in the VP vs HF Survivor: Zombies vs Hillbillies)

Y’all should check out the Bass Gang! They are four bass singers that do mostly a cappella stuff. They just released four new covers. My favorite is Yellow Flicker Beat by Lorde, and Mad World is so bassy it will shake the walls. The others are awesome too. So EPIC!!! Check it out!

Rachel is featured in several Voiceplay videos and she nails it EVERY time. And by now you KNOW that Voiceplay is constitutionally incapable of making a bad video. They are so, so good.
