I knew a guy like these two.... We were all a few years out of high school, and a friend was getting married. He was a pretty conservative guy, so he invited his dad, and a few close friends to have a drink out at a hotel bar. We had a private table, and were having a pretty chill time hanging out. Our one friend, who during high school had been quite the party guy, got up and said he had to go to the washroom, and that he would be right back. He was gone for a while, when the father of the groom said he was going to cut out early and leave the rest of the night to us young guys. At that point we realized our one friend had been gone an hour. We were a little worried, as we had a few drinks in us, so we looked all over the hotel.... and we found him coming out of a private bachlor party that was happening in one of the smaller meeting rooms. He had apparently heard the music, talked himself into the festivities, and within an hour he was collecting money to tip the dancer that had been hired. I've never met anyone else like him since. He apparently in on the catholic school board in the city where he lives now... lol.

I reviewed this when it came out and called it the "world's sexiest summer sex comedy". But it also has tenderness, wisdom, humor and some beautiful people and scenery. That part of Maryland is another world. John is very relatable, and I too would have fallen for the comely princess. So many great cameo appearances too, from Senators and stars of Laugh-in. Walken always makes anything he does a better thing. Loved the "Sparks" segment. Owen never looked better. Great review! Thanks!
