@@zivarocks44 all good, i know you didn't mean it badly. as a brown girl myself I have heard this many many times, whilst none of my blonde friends ever heard it. I understand you were not actively thinking about her skin, we as humans are unfortunately subconsciously programmed to think that about darker skinned women.

@NMN236 I didn't get the meaning of your speech. I am white but I have no prejudice towards those who have darker skin than mine. I think Simone is an example for many young women regardless of colour. She is a woman who has built her success on her own with so much patience, determination and passion for her work, and this despite the many nos received because of prejudices. Let's not forget that she has no hooks in the industry, so the work she has done is even more admirable and she is a down-to-earth woman and also very kind and smart.
