Not so much with modern boots to be honest, once in a while I’ll start to feel one developing depending on how the boots fit or if it’s a particularly hot day, but not had any bad ones in a while. Grip socks help a lot!

The ‘only’ way try to enhance this would be to replace the two poles (who just stood there by the way😉) with two passive players who just jog on the spot! As an aside, the ‘pattern’ of the cones in the second half of the vid, I have created a whole book of exercises, drills, patterns of passing etc that use this EXACT pattern. Basically it’s: ……………..* ….*…………………….* ….*…………………….* …………….* Oh, and as usual Michael, the vid was was 👍
