They're not that good. I've played against them and they kicked me after losing to people with similar level with them. If I remember correctly, they'll ban anyone whos above lvl 80

That happens due to blackhole physics. A lot of the time a weapon will even fly off the screen or disappear mid mad to then reappear randomly on the map to hit someone or miss.
