I love the side puller. Never used one but wish I had one on any rollback I operate

If you ever look into getting one, I would recommend a Jerr-Dan or one made by American Enterprises (Miller Dealer). This one is our first, and don't get me wrong, its great, but also a very cumbersome setup. We have an In The Ditch SP9000, and its constantly having to move the sheave head from side to side, and also pretty much always have to rig a snatchblock to a clevis down lower....otherwise the sheave head twists backwards and rips the cable out. Jerr-Dan and American Enterprise version has the whole boom that pins and swivels side to side.
