Yup you have to meal prep unfortunately or work less... Unfortunately people seem to work a lot :(... And to be honest when I started to work I kind of knew how little time you have in a day / in your life, so I'm doing a lot of things faster so I have some more time for myself. Personally I like to make easier quick healthy food, like boiled eggs (which can be eaten over multiple days) or making hamburgers or cooking some beans and rice.. Anyways good luck
