What a charming lady! That's quite the downpour. I've had the unusual (unique?) experience being in Ireland yearly for weeks- 1 month for the past 20yr - got rained on just once!!

American applying for a masters abroad at UCD rn and this was so helpful in ~manifesting~ my life there!! Thx for sharing and excited to check out your other vlogs :-) would you say it is fairly easy to get to the city center from campus? ik it is on the outskirts but don't mind riding the bus!!

That's so exciting! Good luck to you - I'll manifest for you, too. Yes, the city center was only a short bus ride away from campus. A direct bus would cycle in and out of campus ~every 10 minutes so you will never have a problem getting there and back. Besides, it's a fun bus! Much better than those here in the US (like, *MUCH* better).

Hey. Im coming from Australia as an exchange student and I have been after everything you have shown in this video. The fun but also the calm that is lost in big busy cities. The weather is a bit of a concern though, does it constantly rain there? Nice story structure on the vlog btw!

Hello! Thank you for the kind words. Dublin truly has the perfect mix of fun and calm. Ireland is definitely known for its rain, and it is accurate - it rains most days. However, it usually only rains briefly and then clears up to a windy, partly-cloudy day. The weather was not nearly as much of an issue as I expected. I am currently making a guide video for incoming UCD students - if you have any more questions, feel free to ask!

What about accomodations for international students??? Its manageable or difficult??

make sure to apply as SOON as accomodation selection opens, even if its the middle of the night (mine was at 5 or 6 AM my time). If youre on the site on time, its a breeze.

In terms of living on campus, it was super easy. Very convenient location with tons of amenities.
