Update: Didn’t expect this video to have so many views but it’s cool to see my experience being helpful for you guys! I’ve actually had a lot of injuries since making this video the worst being an acl tear. I’ve since had surgery and recovered pretty much 100% finally after quite some time. It’s time to get back into jiu jitsu! Your comments and this video reminds me how much I loved it and how much of a better and more confident person it made me. I encourage everyone to get into it right away cause its life changing! Thanks again for watching.

Hey mate thought I should mention if you haven’t figured it out since.. the guy in the second match is playing single leg x guard on you which is what’s frustrating, you want to immediately strip the foot off the hip in that position and then you’ll be able to pass easier. All the best on your journey :)

thanks for sharing ! great job ! How did you train for the competition ? How many times a week did you train ? (I'm a BJJ white belt very beginner)
@VinceNerone2 жыл бұрын
I was training about 4-5 times a week for last few weeks coming up to the competition. But I’d say about 3-4 days a week on average for the most part. This was 6 months after I started I believe.

Why would we want expert commentary by a novice? MMA welcomes a whole new breed of arrogance and ignorance doesn't it? No seriously I dare you to comment as an expert. Wait MMA doesn't believe in experts... That's real good 👍😊 not for them though.
