This is excellent, and it's the kind of video I've been looking for for years. I have a question if I may. What if the person you need is somewhat of a unicorn. I'll explain: I run an entertainment company that reaches up to 25 million people per month. In order for the thing to continue I need to remove myself as the bottleneck for approving and curating the content, but I cannot find, even at the very top, someone who is able to take my place. I've tried, and the result is good content, but not great. often by a factor of millions of views less. I can find committed people, disciplined people--and i can also find wildly talented people who have within them the ability to create these videos--but I can't seem to find both. Someone who is both disciplined and has the talent. Thank you so much for this great message.

Thanks so much for the kind words. I think you should create clones of yourself like Mr Beast. The concept cloning is metaphorical. He trains people within his team to think and make decisions like him by having them spend a ton of time with him so they can absorb the way he thinks. In an interview with Lex Friedman, he explained how he trained his CEO, James: "For two years, [James] lived with me and we probably talked, on average of those two years, seven hours a day... like really, just training his brain to think like me...That way, he could just do things without my input, without me having to constantly watch over him or give him advice...for the first six months, he didn't do anything. He just studied me and studied everything I cared about and how I spoke...For the next six months he started taking on some responsibilities and now he can just run the company and I don't ever really have to check in on him." Hope that helps.

@@AbiTyasTunggal Man thank you so much. That's so kind of you to take the time to make a thoughtful reply. I never thought of the clone idea, but that's very interesting. I can see where in some cases it's THE option because to replace yourself you have to make a myriad of decisions every day that are across several areas. I definitely could use that approach because I need an operator who can replace a broad range of duties. Thank you so much for your insight.
