Please have i some questions. Did you pay for tuition fee of your language preparatory course together with the main course you wanted to study at once, please reply. And would you advise someone to apply for an English masters programme directly or do a Romanian language preparatory course?

Hi I didn't pay any fees because it is a fully funded scholarship. You can apply for an English masters program directly. But, if you wish to learn the language, you can decide to take the language course.

Yes , you can apply from that country, as long as there is Romania embassy.
