Salam, I'm a muslim girl, so yeah i want to go to the university of Oxford, but my parents will not let me go (I'm from spain), when I told to my mom this, she just broke my enterely world, my dream is to go to the university of oxford, but I know that will never happen now, I had illusions to go but I just ended with my dreams crashing

Look sister, just do salat istikharah and everything will go well, trust me, life isn't always about studies, there are a lot more factors that enters this domain, your parents may not be mean and they may just want good for you, just focus on deen and study hard. And if you are good, Allah will not disappoint you EVER. Maybe oxford might not be your destiny, or maybe allah will open his rahma for you, anyways, he will only do good for you.

Nope they don’t care as long as you’re doing the a levels that they require you to do for the course Just do 3 a levels

as someone who did fm, I dont recommend taking it unless you have to. im going into engineering so it's useful, but it wont really help for medicine, and universities only care about 3 subjects anyway.

Have you got any advice for a year 12 student on maths and further maths specifically? (I do physics and computer science as well . We are not starting further maths until year 13 we will get done with maths by the end of year 12 and arguably speaking we might start like the first or two chapters of further maths by the end of year 12 as well ) Thanks 😊

It’s very different to a level resources like notes are from university lecturers and we use more text books which are general

Hi I mainly use my iPad to take notes and tbh I annotate lecture notes or use notes from students in older years as I’ve doing it more efficient but this depends from person to person
