Tyler Jacksonville, aka Y&R Mookey was sentenced Tuesday to 10 years in prison. Jackson was convicted in February of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Do 5 and get out on probation but you see how much power judges have they can give you a sentence based on how they feel smh

This may sound counter intuitive but this may be a rare case where this is actually for the best. 10 means that if he’s on good behavior he can likely be out in 5-7 (plus she already credited him for time served) and by then the whole beef may already be over/his Opps dead. This honestly like increased his chance of living to an old age.

10 yrs, wow… for a gun charge? Kids.. your music does play a big role and your influence to the community the judges will use against you! I don’t think that’s a fair sentence for a gun charge. hopefully he takes this, gets out.. takes his music in another direction.

10 years is a stretch, but he will come out of it if he keeps his head up and moves on the right path. prayers to the family and hope he gets letter and commissary to keep his spirit alive
