To each their own. I'm from PA and this varies. You have to do your legitimate best and not putting your eggs in one basket is the best advice provided here. Typically you're on point about everything. But this is just your experience, but this isn't a one size fits all. But it is beyond appreciated. Looking out for the next generation matters the most.

Great video! I have one question tho, when I DM a coach, what should I say? Nobody in my family has ever played college sports so we're all just trying to learn what to do.

Would introduce yourself, graduating class, position and ask him about any camps they have coming up. This is just for of its a cold email like you haven’t communicated with him. If you have met him, describe where you have met him whether that’s at a camp or at your school etc. I’ll make a video on this
