Palki i'll tell you what is happening in my company (not what is happening across Europe) - I work in an IT company - Do they hire Muslims - Yes they do. And there are some very smart people there. Not all Muslims are uneducated. Now this person joins the company, then he always comes at 10.30 or 11 am - his reason - I have 8 kids and have to take them to school and then finish my morning prayers so I get late everyday. Well kids leave house by 8 - 8.30, by the time he comes back to his house it is 30 more minutes. Then he prays and then he eats and then he comes to office. Then no matter what meeting is scheduled, what demo is going on, he will leave the meeting halfway if needed because he needs to go for his namaz (prayers in mosque). No manager is going to tolerate this. After 3 months, my manager told him it cannot go on and he'd have to leave. Now tell me who is at fault here? And ofcourse they are living in over crowded condition - if one person has 8 kids he is always going to be living hand to mouth unless he is one of the C-suite person. Being a senior IT developer is not going to feed his family of 10 and leave him money.
