I lived out in California in the 1980s and it was wonderful and I spent so much time driving to Palm Springs because we lived in San Bernardino county since my husband was in the Marine Corps and we were stationed in 29 Palms. As always it boils down to their religion .They felt that India is on the side of Isreal,hence calling India as a puppet of Isreal. They chose Muslim brotherhood over long time friendship with India overlooking India's significant role in their economy and security.

Does China have an official religion or is it an Islamic country? No, it is precisely because China doesn't mix religions into its politics and its dealings with other countries, that even nations afar want to do business with China. India must relook at itself harder, stop blaming others and stop being in denial. Even a small neighbouring island doesn't find India of much relevance these days and it is no match in matters of diplomacy with Arabian countries and also in South East Asia. India needs no good advise if it listens only to itself.

About Muslim brotherhood, I see their "brotherhood", now all Muslims are supporting their "brothers" in Yemen, bcz of Palestina. But a few years ago the Saudis bombed Yemen into oblivion, no Muslim country said something, only Europe stepped in, with no result. In China they killed Uighur's, no Muslim country incl. Pak said something, bcz of business, only Europe denounced it publicly. Today, all Muslims another time reunited, but what the Houthi are doing is senseless. Because they attack ships from countries like Norway that are supporting Palestine, and don't forget that Egypt losses billions on tax fees bcz most ship evade the Suez canal.
