A. Civilians no that would be private military contractors or possibly mercs depending on country and objectives B.these episodes are to short not a film unless it's a trailer for a film C. B. I WAS RESPONDING TO FIRST SPEAR TV D. check out cqb training, and helmet cam footage of actual battles, etc etc oh and if it interest you check out the training center can't exactly remember what it was called but soliders trained to take a replica city back under control using state of the art car explosions well you get the point
