Eating Whatever I Catch while fishing! Creek Spillway Fishing & Wading! Fishing and exploring a beautiful creek spillway and wading the creek for whatever bites! We head out to go wading and to fish the creek with a mission - eat whatever I catch. What kind of fish would be around a creek like this?? We attempt to catch clean and cook whatever we hook into.. I did not expect for this to happen..
Again, I want to thank each and every one of you for the support! At the time of this upload we just passed 463,000 I'm having so much fun making these videos, lets keep this rolling!

You do you man. Thats why i like your channel better than others. Its real life fishing, not on a 100k boat with all the fancy gadgets. I also like the variety. Not just fishing for LMB all the time. Dont listen to the haters and stick with what got you where you are.

Been watching for almost 4 years now I love the realism in it. Kinda like Realistic Fishing's channel! The journey to catch fish can be just as rewarding as the actual catching fish part. As far the cast iron we just use soap and water but make sure it's totally dry after washing. Ours are not seasoned though so we always use some kind of oil to prevent sticking.

I'm in Maryland now but I grew up in Minnesota. Fishing there is tons of fun. Cast iron you dont want to use soap because it takes the seasoning off your pan. When you clean it just hot water and then put it back on the stove and get it hot again to make sure it is super dry to avoid rust. Seasoning your pan is a bit different. My daughter and I watch your videos before bed and I watch it to get tips for my localish area!

I watch every video!! I fish 2 or 3 times a week. I really like your videos because the fishing is so similar to Baltimore. I have days like that myself so I understand. As long as I can get on the water I'm good. Hell Saturday my brother and I had to hit 3 spots before we caught something. That ended up being a creek we use as a backup plan 😆

I bin a cook for over ten years you can absolutely use soap on a cast iron pan as long as you re season the pan b4 you cook in it again only use either a microfiber cloth, or one of those lil green and yellow kitchen scrubber/sponge combos, to scrub gently preferably the microfiber cloth the scrubber is much more abrasive

Back in the sixties my mom always washed the skillet and then seasoned it with lard. Frying up chicken or fish to liver and other things was always the best food. Nothing could compare. My grandmother did it the same way. Her food was always delicious.

Cast iron advice here. I got my first one about 6 months ago. Oil is your friend when cooking in a cast iron, also make sure the pan is hot before putting stuff in and it won’t stick. For cleaning I use dawn dish soap (just the regular stuff) and either a sponge or bristle brush. After cleaning put it on your burner and get it to like 300 to push all the water out (so it doesn’t rust) then coat it lightly with oil (whole pan). If you are reasoning after coating with oil bake it at like 450-500 for 1 hour you need to use a high smoke point oil. Don’t overthink it. It’s a hunk of iron so if you make a mistake you can easily season it again and be good to go

Nice work with the cast iron. It's the best. Suggestions? Gotta have oil..flip with wood, to clean? Just put some more oil in it scrape out the bits with wood spatula, rinse with water and put a small bit of oil back in it while it is hot, wipe it around and you are done. No soap..ever. The more you use it the more nonstick it will get.

Trophy bass, bloodworm, and nightcrawler by procure good to use. It's water-based, and they I know sounds gross, but they use shad, nightcrawlers, and creyfish for their attractant. Plus, it's water based its better to use leaves a stronger scent. Oil based attractant is garbage. Plus, there's trophy trout as well for trout fishing. Put trophy trout on small flukes, trick worms or grub worms, or those trout magnets you're golden. 😊

You don't wash a cast iron skillet with soap or water. Cast iron rusts you season it with oil. When you're done cooking you dump the oil out you wipe it out with a paper towel and you leave the cast iron skillet oily my guy.

Interesting vid again man! I have a tip, try to cut the knot a bit closer to your lure, also after a tick bite in my country we always go for a vaccination if our doesn’t last anymore. It lasts 6 months. It tetanus and something else I think. You should be good but it’s recommended to get one in 48h after the bite! Chances the tick has a sickness are really low though! Keep the grind going

1st you need to wash soap and water before you put oil on to bake it. Clean well rinse well dry well. Then put oil on it bake it in the oven. It's good to wash with soap and water when u first get it. After you wash and oil then bake it then let it cool a few hours, then use it. If you need to clean, use a grill brush and warm water only, never soap. Only use soap to clean when you 1st get cast iron.

The way I clean the cast iron and also any frying pan I'm using nothing but water. And heat. The way I clean them is as soon as I'm done frying whatever on frying in it I take my food out put on the plate and then I pour water in it rinse it out dump the water out pour some more water in it rinse it out dump it out and then clean it out with paper towels. That's it that's how I keep all my pants clean I rarely ever wash them.
