What I don't understand is why every show there has to be a mention of that guy in the East, there are so many topics in the NBA to cover . Every show some one has to draw reference to him. The obsession with him is sick and disgusting . All these other players have stories and there is so much going on yet still all the producers and analyst can come up with is a topic about Cleveland and that guy. Every viewer is not a fan of Cleveland or him I don't think they understand that or even care . For some reason it's not only this show but every other show it's the same thing . smt

Spurs is the best option for sure if he wants to win rings. 1. Best coach who listens to his players 2. Kawhi would gladly let him be the 1st option and lead the team bc kawhis a quiet guy who leads by example 3. Spurs last year played the warriors tough bc of defense so they wouldnt be relying on winning a shootout like if he was with the rockets
@TheMegabeast20126 жыл бұрын
Aldridge wouldn't like giving up 1st or 2nd option. He needs to be fed to produce or he will revert back to not getting any rhythm with the spurs. With kawhi out for now, he's been the one holding us up. A big 3 would be amazing with LeBron, but lebron would have to be 3rd option. He is getting older, despite him still playing good basketball, and he'd need to be well rested to be dependable on defense. It would be a new experience for lebron to take a backseat, but it's not like he wouldn't have touches. Lebron and kawhi can facilitate the offense, but Aldridge would still need touches down low. Granted, Aldridge would most likely get a lot of open looks, seeing that lebron and kawhi would demand a lot of attention. So the 2 main issues for acquiring lebron: who's leaving SA and how to work him into the system

Cris Carter: "The greatest basketball players have won more in the finals because they can dominate a series". LeBron averaged a triple double in the 2017 finals- the 1st player to ever do it. And he was arguably the MVP of the 2015 finals when he became the 1st player in NBA Finals history to lead both teams in points, assists and rebounds for the entire series, with a 35.8 points per game avg. According to Chris Carter's logic LeBron should average 50 ppg to be dominant.

You can’t just put Lebron on Houston and expect them to win this isn’t NBA 2k. They would definitely be talented but that would be three extremely ball dominant players on the same team and that would mean one player would have sacrifice and I don’t see CP3 or Harden doing that
@shawnchia36116 жыл бұрын
Nah it can work. It's totally different from OKC's big 3.. these are 3 players with supremely good passing ability so it's much easier.

krose0902 I said the exact thing you stated here and my basketball IQ was undermined.This person actual thought that two ball dominant and heavy ego playere are going to roll over and give up possessions because the socalled king has arrive.When you watch Rockets games many of the possessions Harden and Paul dribble around for 10 to 15 sec with out passing the ball,which is why they lose to the Warriors,and why nothing will change if they added LeBron.
@imnotkosher44746 жыл бұрын
Joelando Butterfield but they beat the warriors twice and they only lost when they weren’t fully healthy so idk why your saying it’s why they loose when they haven’t lost to them with Cp Harden & capela
@krose09026 жыл бұрын
Cameron Goyette it works with CP3 and Harden because they are the ONLY 2 ball handlers and they are not always in the court together, With Lebron someone will have to sacrifice which as been proven in the past and I don’t think CP3 and Harden will be willing to do. I’m not saying they wouldn’t be a good team I’m just saying adding Lebron would be redundant. They would be better of with a great off ball player like KD, PG13 or AD.

These guys don't get it. The only reason Lebron has went to 8 finals is because he is in the East lmao. The reason people are critical of Lebron's 5 losses and bring it up is because he can't win in the West. It's obvious that if he went up against teams like the Spurs, Rockets, or Warriors in the second and third round of a playoff series he wouldn't make the Finals 8 times. Making the Finals in the east is soooo much easier than in the West. Any of the top 3 teams in the West would dominate the Eastern conference if they switched places with the Cavs. And the Cavs would struggle in the West that is the reality. The 5 finals losses are a legit reason to criticizes Lebron's Legacy.

As a spurs fan, I don't want LBJ - the drama, the whining, the finger-pointing. We could use his flopping though since Manu's about to retire. But seriously, he might be the best all-around player of his generation but I don't see him fit with the Spurs' culture plus he's getting old. What if he swerves and goes to Toronto? 1) market-wise that's good for him 2) he'd still be in the East 3) Derozan/Lowry aren't too shabby as teammates, 4) he has a chance to bring a chip to another chipless franchise 5) he can out-coach the coach 6) Drake gonna be allover him with her "pretty-albino-girl" smile

I doubt Lebron can play for coach Pop. It's one thing to be a star player, it's another to be coachable. Not all star players can let go of their pride and be willing to be coached by an all-time coach in Pop. Tim Duncan was a rarity. These current crop of NBA players are too spoiled and entitled.

If you would rather be 3-3 than 3-5 and you’d rather have no medal than a silver. I seriously dunno for you. It’s one thing to say if you don’t win I don’t care so 3-0 and 3-8 is the same to me. That at least has some logic. But losing earlier? Huh?
@ZenoGoreng6 жыл бұрын
Well, legacy wise (which is what you’re talking about) you’re right. It’s better to go 3-5/win silver. But as a player it probably does feel worse to get this close to the championship/gold medal than to lose in an earlier round. But, like I said, as far as legacy goes I agree with you.

Gary Turbo and that is why you're not a GM lol. There isn't a coach in the league that wouldn't want Bron. Including Pop. And when you actually go look at the REAL numbers. LeBron is more clutch than Kobe in the playoffs. And just as clutch as MJ. But you listen to skip huh or you're still stuck on 8 years ago? Lol
@GaryTurbo6 жыл бұрын
K Steve Well, since its more easier and fun to beat LeBron than to have him as a teammate because he sucks as a leader
@ksteve40426 жыл бұрын
Gary Turbo he sucks as a leader but been to 8 finals, took one of the worse teams in NBA history to the finals. And has played 7 top 30 teams in NBA history. Only team that wasn't was Dallas but they were close. Funny thing is MJ never played a top 30 team in NBA history in the finals. And Dallas was slightly better than any team MJ played. And you can look it up. Again that's why you're not a GM. I mean if you're going against 4 all stars when it's just 2 of you. You probably won't win that battle. And again. Obviously NBA coaches think he's a great leader, so you saying you know more than them 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣

It's so funny to me hearing LeBron will go to Spurs. I'm a long time San Antonio fan, and this will never happen. You think Pop would allow any player to not play defense in regular season?! You think Pop would allow LeBron to play back-to-back games to pile up stats?! In San Antonio we are about the Team and winning. That is why Duncan has 5 rings, and LeBron 3. That is why LeBron will never go to Spurs b/c the world needs to spin around him where-ever he goes.

The one thing I agree on with Nick Wright is that it makes no sense that in people’s minds it’s better to go 3-0 in the finals (and thus lose in earlier rounds a bunch of times) than to go 3-5. How is it better to lose in round 1 than to lose in the finals?

Leonard Nixon Perhaps, one or two times, you would. But think about it. If you went to the Finals 9 times in a row, but you only won 2 times, what does that truly say about your legacy? At that point, the obvious question is, "Well, is this player getting there because of their greatness or because of the weakness of their competition?" May seem unfair, but it is a valid question, at the end of the day.

This is sad to me know we jump team to team to win. Lebron is a superstar do like real superstars do and stay and build around you. I know people are going to say superstars went to different teams. What I am saying when you are a bill Russel or kobe or jordan you don't need to worry about being traded to other teams you build around them. Lebron needs to stay and figure it out and stop being a Robert horry .....jumping team to team.. At least Robert was traded...
