The question will be which defense can make one more stop than the other will decide things. I think the Eagles talent on defense gives them the edge at making one more stop, but no one will admit that because the Chiefs are viewed as unstoppable. They're not. They win a bunch of close game, mainly due to the other team getting a bit psyched out at seeing Mahomes on the other side. As the Bills about this.Tom Brady won for years for the same reason. If the Eagles defense doesn't get star struck, they have a really good shot at slowing Mahomes down enough. It will be up to the Eagles' quarterback to make the plays he needs to make. Will he? Who knows.

Hurts dropped 35 point in the Super Bowl, most by an offense in a Super Bowl loss. Defense allowed the Chiefs to score 4 consecutive times in the 2nd half of that Super Bowl. Last year, the Eagles had the #3 ranked offense and the 31st ranked defense which led to the late season collapse. Overall, the offense has always been consistent since Hurts started. It's been the defense that has needed to hold up.

In the NFC Championship he was giving advice on the broadcast, essentially he just said try not to hold the ball too long which Is something he does too much sometimes. If that was the case, then the Lions and Vikings would’ve been in the NFCCG. At no point this season did the Bills have a better rushing attack than the Eagles. You just flat out lied and lost any credibility in this convo. Eagles were #2 and averaged 179.3, 3,048 yards and 29 TDs in the regular season. The Bills were #9 and averaged 131.2, 2,230 yards and 32 TDs in the regular season. The Chiefs have not played a certain way against the Chiefs or Bills. Both offense got yards. Give up that same yardage to the Eagles and they’re scoring every drive.

The interview was actually really interesting, esp. the points about the length of 2nd halves. The Eagles are stacked and easily the most talented team in the NFL. But I wouldn't underestimate the experience factor that the Chiefs bring to the table. Their coaching staff is great and their defence is really tough and disciplined. Unless the Eagles have some break away runs and run up the score early, I expect a really tough game.

“Stopping Saquon” 🙄🙄🙄 in every single rush defense category (rush yards, yards per carry, rush TDs) the Eagles have been beating better defenses than the Chiefs all season - Ravens, Steelers, Packers, etc. Not to mention you’re matching up the weakest Chiefs SB offense we’ve seen during the Mahomes/Reid era against one of the best defenses in the NFL this decade. On paper we are objectively the better team. That being said, it’s still Mahomes and Reid and Kelce (and the refs) in a playoff game so I’m taking the Eagles but this is still gonna be a great game.
