Hot Ones is low-key a generational interview series that tops almost any conventional media outlet, which feature interviewers and questions that, as Kristen pointed out, are utterly dispassionate and disingenuous. The hot wings are such a great idea for an interview gimmick, honestly. It breaks down barriers. It's hard to be fake when your mouth is on fire, and you know the next one is even worse. Sean started basically from nothing as an interviewer, too, so he was genuine from the get-go, and nothing has really changed over the years, just refinement of the formula.
