What’s the difference between the stubby and non stubby I want to order on for a 2007 crf150R which one would fit

Your make/model is not on our list. Please measure the tailpipe inside diameter to choose the correct Kit for your exhaust. The body of the stubby is about 9mm shorter. Its common for beta.

According to the fit charts, this will not work on a 2020 crf450r. What’s the issue ?

There shouldn't be any issues. You just have to measure the tailpipe inside diameter.

We are still waiting on USFS to let us know we are in the system. The spark arrestor passed their testing months ago
