I love this no nonsense approach to frying battered fish. I love the NONSENSE Orsara does do which makes me crack up. You are a hoot !!! My mistake was marrying a half Italian 44 yrs ago. He doesn't cook at ALL so he's gonna miss me if I go first. On the other hand being a good cook is probably why we've been married so long. lol He'd miss the food too much.:o)

Chef, I’ve always wondered how the English got that light, puffy crust on their fish. Now I know: beer and baking powder! I’m from the South (US) where fried fish is a staple. Our crust is made with seasoned flour and egg. It doesn’t puff up. Can’t wait to try your method! Thanks for all the recipes and cooking tips. I love your videos. ( :

Folks in my neck of the woods enjoy the Yuengling Beer. Mostly the Lager variety but it don't agree with me at all!!! I've had some Heineken, good beer. Like everything else you make Chef Pasquale, your Fish & Chip recipe looks soooo good! I'm curious about the dip you made, I have to make that!
