The cabin extension is coming along nicely. I like the way you guys cut up that pike for smoking. I want to make a crude fish smoker this summer. It'll be my first time smoking fish. Crossing my fingers it will go well.

Why did she cut slices in that pike? I know she went shallow on the fillet to avoid the Y bones. Good video, lots of interesting methods for doing filets.
