Fish Fry Recipe | Crispy,Tasty and Simple Rohu Fish Fry By Cook With Fem

Fish fry is a tasty, simple and crispy fried fish recipe in which fish is coated with various masalas and deep fried
Method
1. Rohu fish - 5 pieces
2. Masala for coating fish pieces
In a bowl add Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Corn flour - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Mix it
3.Now add fish pieces in this masala paste and mix well
4.Marinate fish pieces for 30 minutes
5.Deep fry fish pieces till they turn crispy

@@CookWithFem Sorry to bother you again, I once ordered Catla fish and couldn't eat it because it had too many small bones in it. Is rohu similar or does it have large bones which are easy to remove while eating. I'm a bit picky when it comes to fish eating. Thanks in advance.

@@piruk4422 No problem you can ask me any doubt...Yes Rohu too has many bones but it's tastier than Katla...You better ask the fish seller to give boneless fish, that has only one bone, I have no idea of it's name but they mostly sell it as boneless fish and is much costlier
