For 2 fish fillet 500g - 1. 1tsp salt 2. 2 21/2 tsp lemon juice 3. 1tbsp Coriander crushed 4. 2tsp Zeera crushed 5. 1tsp Carom ajwain 6. 1/2 tsp black pepper 7. 1/2 tap haldi 8. 1 1/2 tsp red chilli 9. 1tsp methis 9. 1 Tbsp chilli flakes 10. Ginger garlic

I want everyone to try and eat this to celebrate, I made this for everyone at some point, its the perfect victory meal, Go to a Pakistani restaurant and ask for a Lahori fish fry or masala fish (Same thing, different names). Enjoy

My gosh I love this dish! I make it myself at home. Basa or cod I have found to be the best. It can also be done in an air fryer as well. The spices are perfect for me, I would put it at around a two chilli rating for spice, just enough if you do it right. If you're unsure, you can use a packet mix as well. I am having it for my lunch right now!.

It is! Go get yourself a nice piece of basa or cod, or any white fish available in your country will do. We're a bit restricted in the UK, but I know some countries have more choices when it comes to seafood. Takes around ten minutes to make, including cooking time. Well worth it. I'm pescatarian and always looking for new fish dishes. :)
