I always thought this was one of their all time silliest sketches ever. I never got it and still don't but always laughed. It's silly on top of silly in front of another silly. My takeaway from this that I used for years as a comeback was "It's people like you what causes unrest". I don't know why but I always thought that was a funny response to a stupid question.

I think the Mayoral Human Being depicted here is a descendent of the Knights who say Nee. I cannot fully verify this conclusion as my research is not yet complete however I think this finding will be found to be valid.
