Do you agree with Tombos? Or will you continue to play your hole cards? 🧙🏽‍♂

I never doubt my tombos, he can define solver outputs with ease where I just look at them

I generally agree with the principles here but in a live game where the players play too face-up you might as well play your hole cards to exploit for more EV.

Tombos is such a fine poker communicator. It's always the same concepts but when I listen to your videos I always learn more and more.

I do think on micro/low stakes it's higher EV to play your hand vs their range. You still need to know what your range looks like but balance is unnecessary against people who aren't great at the game.

Thats it gto is expensive and only 4 Pros who earn Fulltime Money with that maybe good but on Low Micro we Talk about 1 to 10,20 sometimes 50 $ Tourneys not so good, yesterday i fold A3s KJs and KQo all in Blind Position and everytime 2 All ins before me iff i had call all 3 i have won every Hand cause of Variance but also cause they go AI with 37bs K9 other time 33 and A6o and i had 1 or 2 Bountys more and get to FT 4 sure than gets 22 it depends so often kn 1 2 Tricky decisions and what Bs Hand Opponent gos AI when i know what they Push Off course i had call 3 Times from B Position theire it depends much more than by Pros how and what your opponent Range is and what Middle or Bs hands he Push!! Im more Praxis Guy and sometimes Gto is good, 4 me the whole Thing is too expensive off course by my Limits and too complicated but some Things are good but only 4 Pros Highstack Area !!

You are probably alrdy playing a range without thinking too much about it. A range is just a group of hands that play the same way in a certain spot. If you bluff some hands i would assume you do it the same way you would play some value hands in that spot too.

@@Daared81yeah sometimes range is there but often in Micros not really otherwise i go Yesterday AI on late Position with A3s KJs and KQ and would every Hand when k know what medium Hands Like A6o K9o 4 example they Push.

"They can't actually have these hands, we block them". Why does the GTO Wizard solver show them then?! ...

It made an adjustment from the previous solve. It's just residual from the previous solve. It stays there since they never have it, and so it doesn't get a chance to update it.

@@joebarra5273 But that's impossible if only 88 is in villain's range with 100% certainty ... If that is true, our range doesn't have 88 ...

Im a professional poker player, and my advice to you is to shove blockers way down the list of your priorities of thoughts. For one, the only card you truly block is the one in your hand, let’s say the ace of heart… but you can have aces, does not mean he doesn’t have aces, it’s just less likely he has aces, and all that likelihood of things being likely or not gets trampled over by play styles. They are so many things to think about that are way more important than blockers, things such as player profile, range, action, bet sizing… with a nearly illimited things to think about, you can safely be a winner in the game by not even thinking about blockers, it’s at best some thing to -maybe- tilt a very close decision left or right. Player history and action is by far a way bigger deal. So when I hear someone talk about blockers, I already know there’s some big holes in their game. Im not saying blockers is useless, it’s obvious that it’s a fact that you do block cards, but on the otherside of it, money gets traded usually in unlikely situations, so where the money is already in a strange land of already things being “lucky” so to speak. There’s just more to think about and consider in every hand, and if you got right at blockers you are already making a mistake of not allocating your thought processes to things that matter more

Its simple math, if you have a hud play on GG you know at least what rfi, Ats and 3b range consists of, then comes filtering of range. Now run well and win lol

Yeah yeah sometimes right especially maybe by High Stacks but yesterday i was in Blind Position with KJ Top 50 ITM since 230 2 4 me gos AI i have 15-20 BB a shorter Stack i fold what they Have 37 bs and K9 and i play Position and had win this Hand also KJs where i can lost 1/2 of my Stack i also fold on S or BB and they have A5 and 33 or so also i have win this Hand if i play it 🤨😉yeah some other Time when i fold they have better Hands but you can say what you want about Position Ranges etc. in Lowstack it depends only on your Opponent, i have call nearly all yesterday only 2 good Foods pre Flop i make the 2 i write about get me to FT 4 Sure sibi get 22 whats also o.k is with Bounty 6x Buy In Price but so close to FT and it depends also very often on 1 max 2 Hands if you get to FT or get 20,30,40 Place that i see iften by my Tourneys in Microstake from 1 to 50 $ we talk about nearly every time the same Thing. On 50 they raise many but on 5 much more 4 example but similar playstyle from Opponents.

I think you mean "hole" cards, not whole cards. Unless, that is, you're bluffing all potential opponents by pretending to be both stupid and too lazy to check your own sub-title.
