In this video I show what I have been doing for almost seven years now. Go to a pond that is overrun with shad, cast net hundreds of them, bag them up and then feed them to my pet bass. This time I caught a few giant shad that are great to feed to the 7-8lbers that are in my pond. I filmed some really epic blowup videos while feeding them for this video. This takes a lot of time and work to do but it's definitely worth it. Thanks for watching!

I'm subbed to only like maybe 30 or so channels but I definitely watch exponentially more and read the comments of course but very and I mean VERY rarely do I ever see anyone who tries to respond to all of their subscribers but in his defense it would be hard to respond to 600,000 people or well however many comments there are but yeah definitely choose wiser who to be loyal to and if someone offered me something I would at least akwnowledge their offer and respectfully decline it ... It's still bagged up in the freezer. I didn't feed it because i didn't want a smaller bass choking on it. I'll probably cut it up and then feed it to them.

Shad are an overpopulated and invasive fish species and they destroy the local aquatic ecosystem. Probably the main reason why he doesn't release them back.

What body of water is this shad reservoir/pond(?) linked to? You don't have to say the name exactly, just whether if it's connected to a creek? A river? A lake? Or maybe it's just self contained?

That is pretty funny. Common carp did not live america till they were brought over in 1831 (wikipedia) but I guess after 200 years their naturalized citizens. I love how we are still so ignorant we think we can control fish species populations by leaving them on the bank for birds and ants :) I'm gonna reply to the next post, yes, you can eat them
