Because the rich and powerful own these planes and understand the importance of not being able to be tracked and surveilled. If they wan to do something illegal do they want it recorded..... hell no! If they want to visit Epstein's Island to get some under aged tail... do they want record of that... Hell no! If they have to get away from a crime and travel to another country that the authorities can't trace them to... You get it? They have different standards than the rest of us scrubs! LOL...
