Have to say Fishermans's Headquarters is definitely a great place. Got into surf fishing a few years ago and bought all my gear from there and went back just a week or so ago to pickup another rod/reel combo and tackle. Greg and Tyler were very helpful and it's worth the 1.5 hour drive to LBI to visit the shop..

Greg, if I wanted to to target trigger fish or sheep's head what type of rig would I use?

Small hook #1/-2/0 hi lo rig or a small jig. In recent years tog jigs have become very popular and with it smaller ones sometimes referred to as back bay jig came out. A small back bay jig 1/4-1oz tipped with fiddler crab, mole crab aka sand flea will work magic.
