@@fishingat Sorry, on the video it looked as though the swimmers and surfers were well away from you, and only one dog bothered you. You should see the surfers on my local beach. If someone was chucking a lump of lead in the sea where I was, I'd be a long way away.

Thanks Lincoln, think your Huss was bigger than mine !! Water was pretty churned up with the wind in the end, which was good for the fishing. Chesil beckons soon for me !

well done Al, there is a video out there by a guy from Blakeney or lydney who started up a fishing channel a couple of years ago but has unfortunately now stopped. his name is Will Bailey fishing. and he did a video at llantwit major. all the best mate.👍

Nice video buddy. Not a mark I’ve ever fished but believe they catch lots of hounds off the ledges to the left of the beach but is obviously a rotten bottom mark. A really enjoyable video and thanks for sharing.

They're definitely small Huss Allan. Also that headland in the distance you refer to as Nash point isn't actually Nash point. Its still part of St Donats next to the college. Nash point is another half to three quarters of a mile further along 👍 As mentioned in a comment above, try Stout point. Great mark for big fish and many different species. But don't fish it alone though. Definitely go along with someone who knows the mark well 😉👍

Thanks for watching , yes odd that several Huss from the beach, most were pretty thin indeed , must be chasing something and not a lot of evidence along the shore line of what !!

The dog owner is responsible for the dog not you. If their dog steals your property it's down to them not controlling their animal. I've had food, bait and towels stolen by dogs and the owners just laugh but to me it's theft as the dog is legally required to be under their control. If a dog pees on my shelter or box, then IMO, it's the same as the owner doing it. A dog is not an excuse for anti social behaviour.

Thanks for watching - at one point had a dog by me in the water watching me winding in : I stopped as it was clearly going to go for the trace ! Not anti dog, they just need to be under control
