Very enjoyable Nathan thanks mate. The locked off shots where we can still hear you talking make for an Atmospheric Video. Coastal Environment and the fishing are centre stage as always.

Thanks for sharing Nathan 👍. Just recovering from surgery at the moment. Watching you/ Matt/Cal Alex, etc, are keeping me 'Sane' 😅. Keep up the great work please. ( although some of your antics on the cliffs leave me 'Chilled to the bone' 😅.

Have you checked out the bombarda rig Nathan? Its very similar to fly fishing but you can cast long distances. Bass,sea trout etc. More or less surface fishing.Certainly a lot less losses of lures.

Brilliant vid that Nathan 👌🏻 some lovely bass too .. I was chuffed you got into that first one as i started to think same as you in that it was guna be one of those blank bass sessions .. great footage as always .. were you local ? I didn’t recognise the mark but the rock formations in and out the water made it look dead fishy .. must’ve been a really good vid as I’m commenting while watching the match .. 10/10 mate ..

Great channel. I can read your rod is a 9'6" and the reel is a 2500size, ¿are those the ones in the video?....¿it keeps this gear balanced?...I just buy a rod of same size but cheaper and my 2500's seems to be too light for that. Thanks in advance.
@SlippyLimpets4 ай бұрын
Yeah they are. The reel I'm using isn't very light, but the rod is very light with a weight in the butt, so it balances nicely. Hope this helps
@rafamolina38024 ай бұрын
@@SlippyLimpets Weight in the butt....it sounds interesting. My new rod is a cheap serie from Major Craft and it weights 148grams...probably best way is go to a store and check the reels with the rod. Thanks and go ahead with your videos.

Eyup Nathan. As far as I can understand them Bass are basically a bunch of ninja piss-taking bastards. They will turn up and feed behind where you were standing when you gave up and buggered off home and despite that I've never found one stranded. I spend a lot of time looking at the intertidal zone to see where they have been. Particularly where they feed on worm. It is astonishing where they will go. I've found all sorts stranded, but never a Bass. Clever buggers they are. I love 'em. For the record. I'll sithi after! Dave

Alreet Dave, haha yeah they are, I've waded out to knee depth and then had a cheeky cast behind me and there they are! Checking out the worm beds and mud is a great indication of where they'll be. Those stripes in the holes they dig are a great indication and help show their presence even when the mullet are digging the same holes. Enjoy the journey and tight lines!🎣👍
