This is Stan’s 50th year fishing with his own boats since he had his first boat at 13. He started part time through to solely commercial fishing for a living. The Sarah Lynn R he has had for 10 years approximately. He fitted it out to its current standard. He has put his heart and soul into fishing his entire life. His family heritage in fishing has been traced back (on his mam’s side) almost 500 years, fishing from the fish sands living in the Croft and on his dad’s side they were lighthouse builders.
