That racoon is specifically Rascal the Racoon, from the novel of the same name and he had an anime in Japan in the late 80's. The Rascal franchise recently celebrated its 30th anniversary, hence the explosion of Rascal Racoon merchandise.

Glad you liked the playground, I don’t want people to think I’m doing the same as him. I didn’t watch his videos till after I made some river fishing videos and noticed we have the same kinda concept. I just moved a couple months ago, so I started fishing the river more and always watched river monsters as a kid so I made a video fishing with a wierd lure for river monsters and I suppose he did the same kinda stuff. So I’ve been trying to make my videos unique and fishing with lures no one has ever fished with. Such as this one, sorry it seems like I’m copying his style but a lot of people fish rivers with weird lures. I’ve been throwing giant and unique lures for a very very long time if you go back years. Just started fishing the river with them and boom people think im copying him haha. Just tryna do my own thing, but it’s hard when there are hundreds of thousands of KZbinrs making content and trying not to make a similar video than them. But my thumbnails are completely different with more blur and focus and not just a picture in his hands from his gopro.

Real Question. So I see you use St Croix rods. I love my St Croix Rods but I have noticed some of their newer ones quality just went down hill. My cousin had bought 2 Legend elites that were around 440 a piece and they both broke within a month literally just from fishing. Then I had a Few Legend Tournaments break the tips just straight broke from fishing. One of my buddies bought 2 brand new ones straight from ST Croix and both of the handles like above the grips down wernt even finished then my brother got 2 bass x's and both of the tops of the handles that connect to the Reels broke off same things on both rods. I LOVE their rods but seems like quality is booty now Just wondering if you had any issues? Thanks

Not gonna lie man I haven’t bought any of their new rods, a little to much out of my price range, I mainly buy used rods anyway cause I don’t got a lot of money to spend at a teenager in college, but I’ve heard good things about the new rods so I would think they are pretty good. I might pick one or two up here soon and give em a try

People guve fish far too much credit as "thinking" organisms. They have a predatory and opprotunistic instinct meaning theyll eat just about anything that resembles anything living, and easy to get. Take a square block of unpainted wood, add hooksn and a billn cast it out and a bass will eat it. Bass are easier to fool than most bluegills. A relatively skilless fish for the most part. Cast any lure out and a bass will eat 99.9% of them.
