random question...when you would first bank fish / land fish how often would you catch compared to how often you catch on the kayak? Trying to decide if a kayak is just the best way to go
@frogman81202 ай бұрын
@@cardsfan1342 Brother I haven’t bank fished in like 5 years probably. You will absolutely catch more fish if you’re in a kayak though

@@frogman8120 10-4 yeah ive been bank fishing for about a year now. I would say its like a 20-25 % chance of catching each time. I think im going to pull the trigger and just get a 'yak. I only go to San Marcos river because its so close to my house but I figure with a kayak you can visit alot more bodies of water also

Awesome man glad to hear it. Realistically man I have like 50 other people that have asked to fish with me and it’s hard to get anything together. I’m usually rolling solo or fishing with one or two close friends. But maybe we’ll run into each other one day out there

Do you ever track the relative weight of the fish you catch? The fish at Canyon look significantly less healthy than your river fish videos

@@Flippinkickz I’ve caught some skinny ones river fishing too but ya on average you’re gonna catch a lot more skinny ones in lakes. The water on that river is pristine. I don’t track weight. I have a good idea of how big they all are though
