Can the non boaters not get up front and fish? Seems as though they always get the raw end of the deal being in the back especially with someone who has live scope. Just asking. I think it’s one of the main reasons why by I don’t fish tournaments. I cannot afford a boat right now but really love to fish but this doesn’t seem quite fair or biblical.

Nope they are all co anglers, fishing a tournament out of the back of the pros boats and usually pay to fish just to watch and learn!

The Co anglers fish their own tournament out of the back of the boat looking to catch their limit. There is a random draw to pair up co's with pros for each day. Hope that helps.
