Fishing for AMAZON PEACOCK BASS with Nattie Up North!
Having previously fished with Natalie (aka Nattie Up North) we were excited to get together and target South Florida's Peacock Bass! Although these fish are not native they have done their part in Florida's freshwater canals and lake systems by eating the invasive Mayan Cichlid.
We fished with our good friend and local guide, Captain Johny...talk about an EPIC day. We barely had enough time to get our cameras ready before the bite was on. Between each fish we did manage to get in some conversation with Natalie comparing the differences between her fishery (musky and smallmouth bass) to ours!
