Fishing For Black Drum In South Padre Island, Texas

In this video we went out to South Padre Island Convention Center due to the weather we decided to choose this place. We managed to get on to Four Keeper Black Drum! Not a bad day overall after not fishing for a couple of weeks! Sorry for fishing the same place, but we promise to change the spot after one more video we have planned for y’all! I know y’all have trouble grabbing the fish, tip in my opinion I use baseball batting gloves gloves!! They fit good and most are thicker material easier to grab a fish! I use them for catfishing.

For bait we usually take dead shrimp, ballyhoo bites, mullet bites, and live shrimp, and of course artificial baits as well!

The price per person is $25, this is only a kayak tournament that will be hosted at South Padre Island Convention Center, and you must use a dock runner rod only rod that is allowed. Deadline is tonight and tournament is this Saturday.
