Amazing the lengths they go to study fish. Looks like a lot of fun too.

I'm sure it is. However, I'll go to Livingston to try for some. Every so often, I'll go to Galveston, but Livingston is my "primary' lake. I've been fishing on it since I was 5 or 6.

@@lonely_potato4660 it's a fairly cheap hobby to get into if you don't mind shore fishing, just get $20-30 bucks together get a zebco rod and reel or a cheaper used rod/reel from a pawnshop and that should leave you with enough for some bait and tackle with that $20-39

hey, Texas parks and wild life me and my dad go fishing a lot and I wanted to know why we cant fish for flounder in 2021 is it because we over fish and they can't lay their eggs and they become endangered? or its something else. thank you.

That jugging style of cat fishing looks like a good way to land catfish next to that flounder in terms of dwindling numbers.
