well done enjoyed the video. every exotic you mentioned we have here in our fresh water systems in south florida including the reptiles. they definietly out compete w/the native species. our experts placed peacock bass in our systems to control the exotics. time will tell.

Thanks for the msg mate. Yeah I hear Florida is home to so many invasives. Is it due to the abundance of lakes you have over there. Peacocks are super nasty and I fear that is just replacing one problem with another huge one

Didn't know that mangrove snapper could handle freshwater I have never caught or heard of anyone catching one in freshwater!!! Love learning thanks

Hey Thomas thank you for your comment mate. Where are you from mate? I’ve certainly caught mangrove jacks up in full freshwater before but usually clean freshwater. In this case it was fully turbid which I didn’t think they would like…. But alas, he was there! lol. Like you say, it’s good to learn isn’t it. Cheers
