Fishing for Murray cod best bait chicken or cheese?

Cod fishing on the Murray river down stream from Albury ,
Fishing with cheese and chicken , both very popular baits for Murray cod , are they better than natural baits like bardie grubs or yabbies? I Duno about that but atleast you don’t have to go and catch cheese or chicken!

Nice vid there. Having to wade into mud at the end did not look like fun. You should give hotdogs a go as cod bait. I use them all the time and have a couple of YT vids using it

You need to give cheese paste with a pinch of sugar a try or make your own cheese boilies, it will stay on the hook longer. Nice video btw.

Try heating your fishing hook with a cigarette lighter before putting cheese on, it goes on easier and seals the cheese to the hook..

awesome video mate just a tip cut the cheese into smaller pieces and then feed it on will make it look like a bardygrub a bit
