I love the video. Especially instead of flopping the fish on the rocks.. from your camera angle shows me excatly what i need to do. And in that spot.. your angle allows me to to see your technique.. cast.. sink... rod up.. sink... then slow realin and twitch. Most leave that action out.. but i love it. Thank you

Another great video, Ian. I sometimes cast from the other side of that small channel that leads to Lake Padre but haven't seen any action like you had in this video. Do you need a four-wheel drive to get to the side from which you were casting?

@ I have daughter’s and grandchildren here. Was tough seeing the grandchild only once a year, so we made the move lil over 7yrs now. I have met a lot of Chamorro people here. Today's a pretty nice day for fishing. It's not cold anymore. What do you suggest? I take my son catch red off the coastline, since I don't have a boat i live in corpus area looking for decent spots kinda new here

Ya its start to warm up a little bit. A popular fishing spot here is oso bridge. I've been having some pretty good luck fishing the right side of packery channel bridge also. Wade fishing anywhere off of laguna shores can produce some good fish too.

Get a fish bag and you can cull your way to a bigger limit without damaging the culls.
